  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time). Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: The cut-off time for orders to be processed on the same day is 6:00 PM (Eastern Time). Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. For example, if you place an order at 6:30 PM on a Friday, it will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with delivery estimates based on the shipping carrier and the delivery location. Please note:

  • Standard Shipping Time: After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 6 to 10 business days. This depends on the carrier, destination, and weather conditions. Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

  • Business Days: We only process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We use reliable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Rates

To ensure our customers enjoy competitive pricing, we have structured our shipping rates as follows:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 will receive free shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $199, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied to your order during checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you will know the exact cost before finalizing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

  • How to Track: You can use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status through the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at contact@uinke.com, and we will assist you promptly.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your order total and delivery destination. Here’s how shipping fees are determined:

  • For Orders Over $199: We offer free shipping for all orders over $199 within the U.S.

  • For Orders Under $199: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged at checkout.

Please note that the shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We recommend that you double-check your shipping address to ensure it is within the U.S. before placing an order.

  • Note on PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, it is extremely important that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. This includes the correct street name, number, city, state, and postal code. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@uinke.com. We can update the address before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address, and it may be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.

Delivery Problems & Delayed Shipments

We strive to ensure your order arrives on time, but occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, extreme weather, or supply chain delays.

  • If your order is delayed: If your package is delayed or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at contact@uinke.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Missing or Lost Packages: In the rare case that your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim and offer solutions such as reshipping or issuing a refund. Please report missing or lost items to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes damage may occur during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
