Order Processing Time
At uinke, we prioritize efficiency without compromising quality. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note, processing excludes weekends and holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
uinke partners with reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your orders are delivered safely and timely. Typically, delivery occurs within 7-15 business days, Monday to Friday.
Please note these delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are clearly outlined to ensure transparency:

Shipping Coverage
Currently, uinke ships exclusively within the United States (US). International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
We deliver to residential and business addresses across the United States. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or any international addresses.
Taxes
All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout. A standard sales tax rate of 5% applies to all orders.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Tracking can also be accessed directly through the carrier’s website.
Handling Charges
uinke is committed to transparent pricing—there are no additional handling charges beyond stated shipping fees.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or missing, please contact our customer support immediately at contact@uinke.com. Include your order number, details of the issue, and relevant photos if possible. We will swiftly arrange replacements or refunds.
Delivery Issues Due to Customer Error
If a package is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for resending the item.
