Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

Tags & Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact and included with the return. Products that have been removed from their packaging or have damaged packaging will not be eligible for return.

No Signs of Use: The product must be free of any marks, odors, or damage caused by use. Items that appear worn or used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Returning or exchanging an item is easy! Just follow these steps:

Return Shipping: Package the item securely in the original packaging (if available) and include all original tags. Ensure that the item is well protected for transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error with the order. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

No Refund for Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges paid on your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to cancel after shipping, you will need to follow our return procedure.
Restocking Fee
For returns that are not due to defective or damaged products, a restocking fee of 15% may apply. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and restocking the items into inventory.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Please note that this fee does not apply to products returned due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
