Note:

  • Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time, meaning that once your order is processed, it will then be shipped based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • We strive to process all orders promptly, but please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is processed, we ship it using reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping times generally range from 7 to 15 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. These estimates are for orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping Times:

  • FedEx and UPS deliveries typically take between 5-7 business days.

  • USPS shipments may take between 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location and package size.

Delivery estimates are subject to change based on external factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $199 within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $199, we charge a $7.99 shipping fee.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and any applicable taxes will also be included. Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Areas

Currently, uinke by Coachos LLC ships exclusively to the United States. We are unable to process orders to international locations at this time. However, we are continually exploring ways to expand our shipping options.

5. Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to deliver to all U.S. regions, certain areas may have specific restrictions based on carrier service zones or delivery limitations. These include but are not limited to remote locations, PO Boxes, or addresses that are not serviced by our carriers.
